Siebel: Read batch files to determine FTP use for various database functions. Created graphical representations of each batch operation using Visio, as required for migration from FTP to SFTP.

T-Cloud Portal: Participated in UAT for the portal. Identified and logged navigation, workflow, and communication issues. Revised text, labels, e-mail and error messages. Provided suggestions and feedback on site design.

Coordinated migration and conversion to XML of topics updated from the Exchange 5.5 Gateway documentation. Interviewed testers and other support personnel.

Wrote Security section for Scenario 4 of the Back Office Developer’s Guide, describing how to create and use an ISAPI filter to customize security procedures on an Internet Information Server (IIS).  Developed and coordinated scenario contents with other team members, created conceptual and procedural subsections, designed art in collaboration with graphic artists, and created extracts of sample code. Wrote the Deployment section for Scenario 3 of the Back Office Developer’s Guide.

Wrote the SDK for the Suite Integration Toolkit (SIT), a COM-based product that integrated the installation of Microsoft        BackOffice applications. Documented interfaces, interviewed developers, determined design and graphics needs, and wrote documentation to enable developers to write custom components for the SIT.
